Mermaid Plaques

What You Will Need:

1. 2 plaques (link) 

2. Blue and pink spray paint

3. Scrapbook paper

3. 2 mermaid cutouts (link) 

4. spray adhesive 

Step 1:

Spray plaques pink, focus mainly on the sides.

Step 2:

Spray the mermaids blue.

Step 3:

Spray the plaques with spray adhesive and allow to sit for 10 seconds before placing the paper. 

Step 4:

Place the paper on the plaques and smooth with your hands.

Step 5:

Use an X acto knife to remove excess paper.

Step 6:
Use E6000 and hot glue to attach the mermaid to the plaque.  The hot glue acts as a temporary hold until the E6000 dries.
